Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, assessing their vision needs and recommending suitable eyewear solutions, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting Optik Melawaiâs premium optical products and services.
- Conduct professional eye examinations (if certified) or assist optometrists in delivering accurate vision assessments.
- Educate customers on the latest trends in eyewear, lens technologies, and eye health to enhance their purchasing decisions.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking optical products to ensure availability and minimize discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Optometry, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Certification in optometry is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or optical industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, and eye health (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use POS systems and basic computer applications.
