Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients and understanding their optical needs.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories based on style, fit, and prescription requirements.
- Educate clients on lens options, coatings, and eye care best practices to enhance their purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage inventory using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail display to attract and engage customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Schedule and confirm eye examinations and follow-ups for clients when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest optical trends, products, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in optical, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of optical products, lens types, and frame materials (training provided for the right candidate).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in optometry or sales are advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
