Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on eyewear selections tailored to their style and needs.
- Conduct eyewear fittings and adjustments to ensure customer comfort and satisfaction.
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and the latest trends in optical fashion.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail display to showcase products effectively.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular audits.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in optical, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for fashion and eyewear trends with a keen sense of style.
- Basic knowledge of optical products (lenses, frames, prescriptions) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or fashion is a bonus.
