Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff to drive high performance and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve stock discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Optimize resource allocation and workflow to reduce operational costs and increase turnaround time.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Lean Six Sigma).
