Responsibility
- Manage and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for technicians and field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to confirm appointments, resolve conflicts, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Monitor operational workflows and proactively identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, proposing actionable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, assignments, and client interactions using company software and tools.
- Communicate updates, changes, or delays to stakeholders in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
- Assist in resource allocation, including equipment, personnel, and vehicles, to maximize productivity.
- Generate reports on scheduling performance, utilization rates, and client feedback for management review.
- Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in scheduling, operations coordination, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or proprietary systems).
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Familiarity with HMO/healthcare benefits and basic HR processes is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a dayshift schedule.
