Responsibility
- Provide high-quality investment administration services to high-net-worth clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and maintain client accounts, including processing transactions, updating records, and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and other documentation as required.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including the collection and verification of necessary documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with financial software and tools.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
