Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and outbound cargo dispatch.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and efficient tracking systems.
- Supervise ground staff and warehouse personnel to ensure all operational targets and KPIs are met.
- Develop and implement streamlined operational procedures to improve warehouse throughput and reduce costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and company protocols.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transport providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports for management review.
- Resolve any operational bottlenecks or discrepancies in cargo handling promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and coordination.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Pampanga, Central Luzon, and adapt to flexible shifts if required.
- Knowledge of customs documentation and cargo handling regulations is a plus.
