Responsibility
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes to meet business demands.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational excellence.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and operational management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with retail or consumer products industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
