Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators to achieve operational KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement teams, and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, finance, and customer service) to align operations with business objectives.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and quality control standards across all operational facilities.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate with vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to secure cost-effective and reliable services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within warehousing or logistics.
- Proven track record of process optimization, cost reduction, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS), ERP software, and logistics tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, customs regulations, and local logistics networks is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
