Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in service delivery and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align operations with business objectives and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies across all locations.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize supply chain logistics to support seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or luxury service industries.
- Proven track record of leading multi-site operations and driving business growth in dynamic environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve operational goals.
- Knowledge of Bali’s hospitality industry, local regulations, and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
