Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the hospitality establishment, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., housekeeping, F&B, front desk) to ensure synchronized and high-quality service.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and retention of customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial management in hospitality.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
