Based in Denpasar, you’ll enjoy a strategic location with access to Bali’s key business hubs, including Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua, while contributing to impactful projects that shape the region’s future.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of HVAC and M&E systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality across all projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives and timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs, preparing reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HVAC/M&E codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics for equipment and materials, optimizing supply chain processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management within the HVAC, M&E, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects from planning to execution.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, and mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, project management tools) and ISO/OSHA standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
