Responsibility
- Oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule and track deliveries.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly and efficiently.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of productivity and safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards related to logistics and warehousing.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different locations within Bali as required.
