Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and guest expectations.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to foster a high-performance culture and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards across all properties.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Handle guest escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of local tourism trends and regulatory requirements in Bali is a plus.
