Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L, and cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software and tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
