Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in alignment with company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and high guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and HR, to align operations with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation to drive operational efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L, and cost analysis.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
