Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize daily operations of a geriatric care facility or nursing home in Bali, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, resident satisfaction, and staff productivity.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning to ensure sustainable and high-quality care delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and train a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff, to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care plans for elderly residents.
- Monitor and evaluate quality of care metrics, implementing improvements based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and continuous improvement within the facility.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, families, and community organizations, to build strong partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in geriatric or residential care.
- Proven track record in leading teams, process optimization, and financial management in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance in Indonesia or international equivalents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and performance metrics analysis.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
