As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our fuel station network across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will be responsible for optimizing operational workflows, maintaining high safety and compliance standards, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple gasoline and fuel stations across Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, fuel supply, and equipment maintenance to prevent disruptions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of station staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies related to fuel storage, handling, and sales.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the overall experience and build long-term loyalty.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fuel, retail, or energy sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving operational efficiency, and achieving business objectives.
- Strong understanding of fuel station operations, including inventory management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with operational software or ERP systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
