Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Manage facilities management, including maintenance, security, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, inventory, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fulfillment center or logistics environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, facilities management, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
