Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Manage facilities management, including maintenance, security, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, inventory, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fulfillment center or logistics environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
