Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the movement of air cargo and freight for overseas operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and process logistics and administrative documentation in compliance with international aviation regulations.
- Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate refueling operations to support aircraft turnaround times.
- Liaise with ground handling teams, airline representatives, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel transactions, cargo manifests, and operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during fuel handling and cargo operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on fuel handling procedures and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft fuel operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Certification in Class 3 or 4 fuel handling operations (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of aviation logistics, cargo handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
