Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.

- Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess operational performance and drive data-informed decision-making.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize supply chain and inventory management to enhance turnaround times and reduce waste.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management within manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory software, and project management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
