As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property management, from guest relations to team coordination, ensuring seamless and profitable operations. Responsibility
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property performance and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day management of short-term rental properties, including bookings, check-ins, and maintenance.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability of managed properties.
- Coordinate with property owners, vendors, and service providers to maintain high standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or operations, preferably in short-term rentals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building successful teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and tools (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, PMS systems).
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
