Responsibility
- Drive sales of commercial and industrial properties in Bali, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Lead property launches, open houses, and promotional events to attract potential buyers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on local real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Bali real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
