Responsibility

  • Drive sales of commercial and industrial properties in Bali, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Lead property launches, open houses, and promotional events to attract potential buyers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on local real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Bali real estate market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
