Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in process optimization and project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
