Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including housekeeping, front office, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Resolve guest complaints and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
