Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including housekeeping, front office, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Resolve guest complaints and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
