Responsibility
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment coordination.
- Support the team in monitoring and optimizing logistics workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and deadlines.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational enhancements.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
