Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of construction and trading business units, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices in construction and trading.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, tenders, and market expansion initiatives.
- Optimize supply chain and logistics processes to improve delivery timelines and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within construction, trading, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvements, and revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L management, and cost optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian business regulations, construction laws, and trade compliance.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and travel as needed for business operations.
