Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management roles within financial services, banking, or investment sectors, with a focus on gold/precious metals or wealth management.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership, P&L management, and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, particularly those governing gold trading and investment products.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with boards, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
