Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned retail malls, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Coordinate with in-house teams to streamline workflows, resolve operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections of mall facilities, identifying maintenance needs and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, analyzing key metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Liaise with tenants, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all operational activities.
- Assist in budget planning and cost-control measures to optimize operational expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, mall management, or facility management.
- Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
