Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational reports to support CPC and CPSS functions.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements based on analytical findings.
- Maintain documentation and records for audit and reference purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
