Responsibility
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct research and compile reports on industry trends, competitor analysis, or operational metrics.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, or training sessions, including logistics and follow-up.
- Assist in data entry, database maintenance, and basic financial record-keeping.
- Contribute to special projects, such as process optimization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide general support to the management team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of business operations, HR practices, or administrative processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in administration or office support is advantageous.
