Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise daily crane operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain efficient scheduling systems for heavy lifting equipment and personnel.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project requirements with operational capabilities.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage operational documentation, including work orders, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Optimize logistical workflows to minimize downtime and maximize resource utilization.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
- Provide on-site leadership during critical lifts, troubleshooting challenges in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crane operations, heavy lifting, or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and regulatory compliance for heavy equipment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in crane operation, rigging, or lifting supervision is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
