Responsibility
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to optimize cost efficiency and product availability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and operational performance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales) to align operations with business objectives and customer demands.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to maintain Bee Cheng Hiangâs competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a high-volume or premium brand environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Proficient in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to fast-paced environments, and solve problems proactively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or Mandarin is a plus.
