In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our fleet management operations, ensuring that our logistics chain remains seamless, cost-effective, and highly responsive to our clients' needs.

This is a Work From Home position, offering you the flexibility to manage regional operations while contributing to a growing company in the energy and logistics sector. You will oversee daily logistics coordination, maintain administrative excellence, and champion our customer service standards. Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and order delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for fleet utilization and fuel efficiency.
  • Oversee office administrative tasks to ensure smooth department functionality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries regarding deliveries and service status.
  • Prepare, track, and analyze departmental budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with drivers and stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time.
  • Generate periodic reports on fleet performance, operational costs, and delivery metrics.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or operational support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and manage departmental budgets.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
