Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and order delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance.
- Maintain comprehensive records for fleet utilization and fuel efficiency.
- Oversee office administrative tasks to ensure smooth department functionality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries regarding deliveries and service status.
- Prepare, track, and analyze departmental budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with drivers and stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- Generate periodic reports on fleet performance, operational costs, and delivery metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or operational support roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and manage departmental budgets.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
