Responsibility
- Oversee the compliance of all heavy lift equipment with local and international regulations, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Manage the procurement process for new equipment, including vendor negotiations, cost analysis, and contract finalization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment maintenance, inspections, and certifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to schedule equipment servicing, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement operational documentation, including SOPs, checklists, and compliance reports.
- Monitor equipment performance and utilization, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure timely renewals of licenses, permits, and insurance for all operational equipment.
- Support project teams by providing equipment readiness status and troubleshooting operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment management, operations, or logistics, preferably in heavy lift or transport industries.
- Strong knowledge of equipment compliance standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, or industry-specific regulations).
- Proven ability to manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and budget tracking.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or logistics management software.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
