Responsibility
- Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic components using hand and power tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize personal computers and Windows-based applications to document processes, generate reports, and analyze data.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety protocols in all operational activities.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies in production workflows.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for precision assembly and testing.
- Strong knowledge of personal computers and Windows applications (e.g., Excel, Word, ERP systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO, IPC) is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline is preferred.
