Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure on-time production and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality control, logistics) to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to track KPIs (e.g., output, efficiency, defect rates) and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, SOPs, and equipment handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, PLC systems, or CMMS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, or other quality management systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team.
