Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport equipment, supplies, and personnel as required.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of funeral services, ensuring all logistics are handled with care and precision.
- Provide on-site support during services, including coordinating with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and inspect vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition for safe and reliable transportation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate schedules and logistics.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 or 4 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or operations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry equipment as required.
