Responsibility

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the School/Center, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Organize, maintain, and update files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Liaise with internal departments, faculty, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide general support to staff and visitors, including handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with file management systems and basic data entry is a plus.
