Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple clinic branches in Bali, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective monitoring systems to track branch performance, responsiveness, and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of clinic managers and staff to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all clinics maintain high hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or branches.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive operational improvements.
- Proficiency in using business management software and tools for reporting and analysis.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
