We are now expanding our operations to Bali, Indonesia, and seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations and Administrative Officer to support our hybrid work environment.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth daily operations, enhancing administrative efficiency, and fostering long-lasting relationships between our global clients and remote teams. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate and streamline communication between international clients, remote teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage office logistics, including procurement, vendor relations, and facility maintenance for hybrid work setups.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle documentation for audits and client requirements.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and clients, ensuring a seamless integration into the company’s workflow.
- Monitor and optimize administrative budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide exceptional support to senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role, preferably in an international or remote work environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with HR software, CRM systems, or other administrative platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with legal work authorization.
