Responsibility
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and timely execution.
- Maintain and organize contract records, amendments, and correspondence in a structured digital filing system.
- Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and obligations, providing reminders and updates to relevant parties.
- Support the preparation of contract-related reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to clarify contract terms and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for contractual agreements.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies, local regulations, and international standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a similar role, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and construction industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations is advantageous but not required.
