Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, contracts, and compliance records.
- Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and logistics to support project execution.
- Conduct regular audits of operational workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
