Responsibility

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to streamline processes.
  • Assist in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and preparing reports to support decision-making.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communications with stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Provide general support to management and other departments to facilitate smooth business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus.
