Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, documentation, and correspondence to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee records management in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Support financial processes, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate procurement, logistics, and service contracts.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for senior management to aid in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all administrative functions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing professional and timely support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or office management, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR/finance software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Experience working in Indonesia or familiarity with local business practices is highly advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
