Responsibility
- Provide legal guidance on corporate, investment, and family business matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and policy documents for executive approval.
- Coordinate investment activities, including due diligence, documentation, and liaison with financial advisors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive support, managing calendars, communications, and confidential correspondence.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to streamline office operations and mitigate risks.
- Oversee regulatory filings and corporate governance tasks, including board meeting preparations and minute-taking.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel, accountants, and consultants to address complex business needs.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure data privacy and security for sensitive family and business information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; a legal background is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal support, corporate administration, or executive assistance, ideally within a family office or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, tax regulations, and investment frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize high-impact tasks.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal documentation tools.
