Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of workplace operations, facilities management, and administrative processes across MRT Corpâs national rail network.
- Develop and execute policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in workplace and facilities management.
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for facilities maintenance, fleet operations, office administration, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and procurement teams to align administrative strategies with organizational goals and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for workplace and facilities-related expenditures, ensuring optimal use of financial and human resources.
- Drive innovation in workplace design, technology adoption, and process automation to improve productivity and employee experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of facilities, fleet, and administrative services, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for workplace-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CFM, FMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or administrative leadership, preferably in a large-scale or complex organization.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing process improvements in a dynamic environment.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost control, and resource optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of facilities management software, workplace technology, and regulatory compliance related to workplace safety and operations.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to manage teams and projects across multiple locations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
