Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping for wine and spirits transactions.
- Coordinate logistics for imports, exports, and local distribution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory tracking, stock levels, and supplier communications to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and financial summaries to support decision-making and auditing processes.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to streamline communication and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Assist in organizing trade events, tastings, and client meetings, including venue coordination and material preparation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or supply chain management, preferably in the F&B or beverage industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures for alcoholic beverages is highly desirable.
