Responsibility
- Coordinate and support daily vending operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in fleet management, including scheduling, maintenance tracking, and driver coordination.
- Provide administrative support to SVP/KVP teams, including meeting preparation, document management, and communication facilitation.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of operational and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for inventory, fleet, and administrative activities.
- Support technical coordination, including troubleshooting, vendor communications, and system updates.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with fleet management or vending operations is a plus.
