Responsibility

  • Coordinate and support daily vending operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in fleet management, including scheduling, maintenance tracking, and driver coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to SVP/KVP teams, including meeting preparation, document management, and communication facilitation.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of operational and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for inventory, fleet, and administrative activities.
  • Support technical coordination, including troubleshooting, vendor communications, and system updates.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
