Responsibility
- Develop and execute operational excellence strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality across APAC facilities.
- Lead continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with regional teams to standardize best practices in facilities management, maintenance, and vendor performance.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to identify gaps and implement data-driven solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of IoT, automation, and smart building technologies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards across all managed properties.
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability through training, coaching, and change management.
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field. Master’s or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, facilities management, or process improvement, preferably in real estate, property, or corporate services.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), PMP, or similar is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects with measurable impact on efficiency and cost savings.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with CMMS, IoT, or smart building technologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across APAC as needed (up to 30%).
