Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure seamless business processes.
- Oversee documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping for compliance and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve inter-departmental communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries for management review.
- Monitor inventory levels, office supplies, and vendor contracts to support cost-effective operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Implement and maintain standardized administrative procedures to enhance productivity.
- Provide exceptional support to senior management and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in the food industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and inventory management is a plus.
